Navigate Your Home Sale or Purchase From Contract to Close

Whether you’re buying or selling a home, there’s a number of important tasks to perform from the moment the contract is signed to the day you close (and beyond). It’s a lot to keep track of, and that’s why @properties Christie’s International Real Estate launched Closing Milestones, a digital portal that helps our clients navigate the transaction process with confidence and ease.

Designed and built in-house by our software engineering team, Closing Milestones was unveiled to buyers in late 2021 and was the first of its kind in our marketplace. It immediately enhanced the homebuying experience for our clients, guiding them through contract contingency items like the home inspection, appraisal, and mortgage financing.

Now, thanks to a new update that has made Closing Milestones available to home sellers, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate clients on either side of a transaction will enjoy the benefits of this innovative technology. Among those benefits are the ability to easily access transaction documents along with all the key tasks and deadlines in the lead-up to the closing. Clients can also add custom milestones based on their specific needs, whether that means scheduling home repairs, booking a moving company, or boarding a pet prior to moving day.

Closing Milestones runs on pl@tform™, @properties’ proprietary technology suite that includes both agent and client-facing tools.
