Eiffel Waffle is a new local favorite with its fun, trendy atmosphere, and unique ice cream. We talked to one of the co-owners, Omar Falaneh, for a look into their story.

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate: When was Eiffel Waffle created?

Eiffel Waffle: Our opening date was July 21st, 2021.

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate: What is the back story to opening Eiffel Waffle?

Eiffel Waffle: Omar Falaneh, Barra Abousalem, and Yahya Ghouleh are three childhood friends who were always interested in doing business together. The concept all started when we all went out to breakfast on vacation and saw these bubble waffles in breakfast form. It instantly caught our eye and we fell in love with the look of it. It didn’t have our texture or our flavor, but we knew that the style could be worked with. After 8 months of hard intensive labor, our Eiffel Waffle came to life. The hard crispy texture to hold the ice cream and the fluffy tasty inside came about.

Eiffel Waffle: All three of our favorites is the Cookie Monster (cosmic cookie ice cream, Oreos, cookie dough, whip cream, hot fudge, and strawberries)

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate: What was the inspiration for Eiffel Waffle?

Eiffel Waffle: Our inspiration is to create a fun new way of enjoying a real high-quality ice cream cone for all ages. Just have fun with it!!

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate: What is your favorite part of owning Eiffel Waffle?

Eiffel Waffle: Seeing all the families that walk in with full excitement creating all types of cones from the children to the adults. We are serving happiness here and it can’t get better than that!!
