Inman News Covers @properties’ Latest Tech Tool

Inman News recently covered the release of @properties’ latest technology tool, the Digital Listing Presentation (DLP). The DLP is a cloud-based presentation app that allows @properties agents to demonstrate their qualifications, services, recent transactions, market conditions, and property-specific sales and marketing strategies to potential clients, in a sleek interactive format.
The DLP was developed in-house by @properties’ technology team, and seamlessly integrates with the other applications on pl@tform™, the firm’s proprietary technology suite.
Inman reported that throughout @properties’ growth, the firm has “carved out a unique niche in the industry for its emphasis on technology and for its ability to develop digital tools for its agents. The DLP follows in that tradition.”
@properties co-founder, Thad Wong, was quoted in the story, saying, “Step by step, [the DLP] helps the client visualize how their @properties agent is going to help them achieve the best outcome for their home sale.”
Co-founder Mike Golden added, “As with the entire pl@tform™ suite, the DLP is designed to support our agents so they can focus one what they do best – build relationships and sell homes.”
The DLP launched in May and is currently in use by @properties agents in the Chicagoland market, with integration into other @properties markets occurring throughout 2021.
