Is there anything more satisfying than a home renovation WITH before and after photos? We’re thrilled to show off an amazing home renovation by our very own James DeMarco. This minimalist home filled with bright and bold contrast was once shades of beige and darker tones.

This 1,450-square-foot home makeover is a modernized dream. The kitchen walls were removed to create openness and flow, while offering breathtaking views. That is just a piece of the transformation. While the space is now bright and white, striking updates have been put into place. Brand new lighting, built-in shelves (which are adorned with color, shape and texture) and matte black pieces breathe new life into the condo.

The personality effortlessly flows throughout the home. Visions of black, white and gold come alive in the master bath. You’ll find gold fixtures with modern lines, crisp white tile, a striking tub and eclectic wallpaper to tie it all together. Since they say a photo is worth a thousand words, we’ll let the before and afters do the talking…
