Luxury Home Trends: Contemporary Style
We recently spoke with Paul Boomsma, president of Luxury Portfolio International, about Chicago’s luxury market and when asked about upcoming trends, he responded, “People are gravitating towards contemporary design.”
“They may be taking a vintage property, something with a lot of crown molding but they integrating a much fresher look,” he continued, “But it’s also seeing a trend towards people loving new and when they want new, they want contemporary– they want lots of glass, they want lots of open.”
Looking at the luxury market, it’s clear to see contemporary design trending, so we’ve rounded up our favorites.
