@properties Dominates Cook County’s Top 20 Brokerages List

Chicago-based @properties dominated Chicago Agent Magazine’s list of the top 20 brokerages in Cook County in 2014 based on closed annual sales volume. The company was the only brokerage with five office locations to make the list.

@properties’ Lincoln Park office took the No. 1 spot with $1.08 billion in annual sales, based on 2,260 total transactions. The firm’s Bucktown office was No. 2 with $929 million in annual sales. Both offices were also the No. 1 and No. 2 offices in Chicagoland’s entire nine-county region. Other @properties offices to make the list were the company’s Streeterville, Winnetka and Lakeview locations, which took the No. 9, 11 and 13 spots respectively.

Established in 2000, @properties has 17 office locations in the city of Chicago, surrounding suburbs and Southwest Michigan. In 2014, the firm held its position as the No. 1 broker in the city with 17.4 percent market share. @properties also remained the largest independent brokerage firm in Northern Illinois with 9.0 percent market share and closed annual sales of $5.7 billion.
