Chicago-based @properties dominated Chicago Agent Magazine’s list of the top 20 brokerages in Cook County in 2014 based on closed annual sales volume. The company was the only brokerage with five office locations to make the list.

@properties’ Lincoln Park office took the No. 1 spot with $1.08 billion in annual sales, based on 2,260 total transactions. The firm’s Bucktown office was No. 2 with $929 million in annual sales. Both offices were also the No. 1 and No. 2 offices in Chicagoland’s entire nine-county region. Other @properties offices to make the list were the company’s Streeterville, Winnetka and Lakeview locations, which took the No. 9, 11 and 13 spots respectively. Continue reading
