@properties Launches New Chicago Real Estate Website
@properties, the Chicago area’s largest independent real estate brokerage, announced that it has launched a new company website at AtProperties.com. The ground-up re-design features a brand new look and integrates everything from in-depth neighborhood information and local market trends to social media sharing.
Features on the new @properties website include:
- Enhanced property search functionality, which allows users to sort through all properties on the Chicago-area Multiple Listing Service by neighborhood, price, property type, schools, transportation, and more, and view search results in a matter of seconds
- Listing detail pages with large photos, floor plans, and maps featuring nearby shopping, dining, public transportation and a parking availability rating powered by Parknav
- Detailed write-ups on dozens of neighborhoods and towns, as well as a number of high-rise condominium buildings in downtown Chicago
- Local market trends for each neighborhood and suburb, including the average sales price, days on market, number of homes for sale, sales-price-to-list-price ratio, and other information gathered through the local MLS
- Social sharing, which enables users to conveniently email and share listings to their accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google Plus
- Videos that showcase certain Chicago neighborhoods through interviews with local business owners and @properties brokers. The site also features the company’s “Market Minute” video series and a video that details the selling process for @properties clients
- Separate sections for commercial property searches and Southwest Michigan/Northwest Indiana property searches
“The goal with this redesign was to end up with the most user-friendly, data-rich and attractive local real estate website. At @properties, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide cutting-edge technology and resources that are valuable to our agents, clients and the community,” said @properties co-founder Thaddeus Wong. “This new website is a prime example of that.”
“This website offers consumers everything they are looking for when buying or selling a home,” said @properties co-founder Michael Golden. “Buyers will have better insight into the lifestyle of a particular neighborhood or suburb, and will be able to search for homes much more easily. It will also give our agents a leg up in the marketplace. We’re excited for Chicago to experience this new site.”
